Cancellation Policy

Iceland Odyssey ehf receives the rights to keep 5% of the total booking amount after a booking has been made. This will cover the transaction and booking fees for the booking. Otherwise, cancellation fees are based upon date and time of the booking. Please find the cancellation deadline as follows: ·        
Cancellations made prior to 48 hours of departure are refunded 95% ·        
Cancellations made between 48-24 hours prior to departure are refunded 50%. This includes bookings made less than 48 hours to departure. ·        
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure are not refunded. This includes bookings made less than 24 hours prior to departure. ·       
 “No shows” will not be refunded, neither do we refund if the client is late.

Iceland Odyssey ehf reserves the right to cancel your tour without notice, with your safety in mind. The tours cancelled due to safety reasons or force majeure in short notice will be refunded 100% ·       
 
 NOTE ! Add on tour activities provided by third party service provider(snowmobile, atv, Blue Lagoon, diving, snorkeling, et cetera) have different cancellation policy. So please check with us.​
